Since1998, JE Dunn has performed construction services for Salina Public Schools, including renovations, additions and new construction to 13 sites totaling in excess of 1,000,000 SF. Included in the program are extensive renovations, repair, and additions to eight existing elementary schools, two new middle schools and two existing high schools.

- $105 million dollar bond issue, 13 projects ranging from $3 million to $15 million
- Accelerated summer construction schedule so schools opened on time
- Salina South High School included a fine arts addition that included a 600-seat performing arts theater
