Casa Monica Hotel
St. Augustine, Florida
22,000 SF of major exterior and structural renovations of the original 1888 building, a 32,000 SF building addition, and 8,800 SF of retail space. There are 138 guest rooms - many of them unique unto themselves for they are all shapes and sizes. Further, we recreated the hotel's original grand lobby, constructed 4,000 SF of meeting space, a 4,000 SF, 120-seat fine dining restaurant, an elevated swimming pool and deck and one grand staircase.
Unique Features
- Won the Eagle Award (highest given) from the Central Florida Chapter Associated Building Contractor's Excellence in Construction 2000 Awards Competition.
- Anderson Commercial Group of Anderson Windows devoted an entire marketing brochure to the windows used in the Casa Monica Hotel.
