Renovation and expansion of 105,000 SF precast concrete and glass structure for the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Scope of work includes demolition of existing interior, reconstruction of utility and core HVAC and electrical, renovation of two elevators, and complete high-end build-back. The roof, including skylights and drainage, and all exterior glazing system were replaced. The latest technology and data systems were installed to support teaching theaters as well as the main law library. Emergency generator systems and security were also added.
