2,500 SF renovation that included the demolition and build-back of the lithographic art studio housed in the Sewall Hall of Rice University.
Unique Features
- Studio has open plan with oak millwork and stainless steel counter tops. The ceiling is exposed and the concrete floor was left unfinished for an industrial look.
