28,200 SF, 2-story expansion project involved an addition to as well as renovation of the existing building. The addition includes new painting studios, expansion and renovation of the student commons, replacement of air handling equipment, and the replacement of the existing roof membrane. The commons area features a vertical expansion that includes a new kitchen area, student foodcourt, student lounge, exterior terrace area and the addition of a new elevator.
