This project is an 80,000 SF, 3-story, 353-bed dormitory with a brick exterior built on a block frame. The job also included a 3,000 SF addition to food service facility (which we previously constructed for them), and a 30,000 SF, 2-story Welcome Center, including a bookstore and offices.
Unique Features
- Foot bridge that allows full access to campus while also protecting nearby wetlands
- Full-service kitchen
- Completed ahead of schedule, thereby allowing the utilization of the facility one semester early
