Tenant finish of levels 15 and 16 of an 18-story federal building. Conference rooms include clerestory glass, glass doors, aluminum interior storefront, carpet tile flooring and wall covering. Corridors include terrazzo flooring and painted walls.

- Demo of mechanical system and installation of the new system while maintaining HVAC for the occupants
- Helicopter picks loaded HVAC equipment into the 18th floor of the building since the equipment was too large to be taken up the stairwells or elevators
- Strict security measures including employee fingerprinting with FBI background checks, deliveries scheduled at least 72 hours in advance with the Federal Protective Service
