- Demo of mechanical system and installation of the new system while maintaining HVAC for the occupants
- Helicopter picks loaded HVAC equipment into the 18th floor of the building since the equipment was too large to be taken up the stairwells or elevators
- Strict security measures including employee fingerprinting with FBI background checks, deliveries scheduled at least 72 hours in advance with the Federal Protective Service
