The structural system is structural steel with concrete on metal deck floors.The exterior is recycled glass tile, brick tile and Green energy efficient glass. The interior features mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection system and full interior rebuild-out.
Unique features:
- City police and fire departments, along with school district administration occupies the renovated 54,000 SF Eastman building (old city hall).
