Midnight Rose Hotel and Casino
Cripple Creek, Colorado
The Midnight Rose Hotel and Casino added 450 parking spaces in a 6-level structure constructed from precast concrete and a poured-in-place foundation. Construction began in September 2001 and was open for parking in July 2002.
Unique Features:
- Historic Society.
- The south elevation on this project features a historic, storefront facade that incorporates the late 1800s architecture of a Colorado mining town.
- The new parking garage is connected to the Midnight Rose Hotel and Casino by a new covered and heated skybridge that spans 100-feet from the new structure to the casino.
