Extensive renovation of the existing 3-level floating casino. The casino remained in operation throughout the renovation. Areas renovated included 50,000 SF gaming space, 250-seat cafeteria, sports bar, gift shop, entry areas, employee areas, and escalators to and from the gaming deck. The casino floats on a 5-acre man-made lake fed by a recirculating stream from the Missouri River.
