Over the past six years, JE Dunn Construction has completed multiple warehouse facilities for Sysco Foods Services. Services have ranged from renovations and expansions of existing facilities to new construction to accommodate continual growth. Individual facilities have included a 177,015 SF freezer/cooler expansion in Olathe, Kansas; a 108,500 SF freezer addition and associated MEP upgrades at the Memphis plant; a new 300,000 SF distribution center in Sacramento; a 24,570 SF warehouse expansion in Modesto; and a 287,699 SF distribution center in Norman, Oklahoma which consisted of freezer, cooler, dry warehouse, office and truck maintenance.
