We've performed multiple additions and remodel projects for the Charlotte Observer newspaper. Most recently we renovated a 16,500 SF storage area into a conditioned space to house newspaper insertions machines, built a new 9,800 SF shipping and receiving dock and installed a 23,600 SF trucking apron which included a cast-in-place concrete wall featuring back lighted historical newspaper displays. |
