Cato Distribution Center

JE Dunn performed multiple jobs for the Cato Corporation. The first project was a 20,000 SF office addition/renovation. The second project comprised a 318,000 SF, warehouse expansion/renovation and the third job was a 10,000 SF renovation to Cato's print shop. The warehouse expansion involved 113,270 SF of slab on grade, underground parking and a 122,170 SF, slab on deck, distribution warehouse. Within the warehouse we installed 64,200 SF of grating to form a working, mezzanine level and added 8,500 SF of office space.
