Currently under construction is phase one of Wild Dunes Resort Village. This phase comprises 246,733 SF. Two buildings are six stories with one level of parking below and four, first floor retail spaces, separated by a plaza. One building is four stories with a single level of parking below. All three buildings contain multi-family units and the total for the resort is 115 units.
