University of Minnesota Heller Hall Renovation

This project includes the renovation of floors 9 through 12 of Heller Hall on the University of Minnesota's Minneapolis West Bank Campus. The project will consolidate the Department of History into 21,500 SF on four contiguous floors to create a more efficient and unified use of space for the University.
