Aloft Hotel

This project involves demolition of the existing parking structure and construction of a five-story 143,324 SF parking garage with a five-story hotel on top of the parking garage. The first floor of the parking structure is shared with the main lobby area, back of house service areas, pool, bar and workout area. The five-story hotel is made up of 152 rooms and totals 65,325 SF. The entire parking and hotel structure is cast in place post tension concrete with an exterior skin of aluminum composite panels, wood panels, EIFS and glass curtain wall. The foundation is auger cast piles with a structural concrete slab. The roof is a concrete deck with a PVC roof membrane system.
