This acute care replacement hospital consists of site development and new construction of a 314, 500 SF, 7-story, 120-bed hospital on a 54 acre site in London, KY. There will be a 60,000 SF birthing department, 50,000 SF of diagnostic and treatment area, 7,000 SF of clinical support services, and 39,000 SF of non clinical support services. The Emergency Department will house 12 beds. This is a steel building with a masonry and glass exterior and a completely new utility and MEP service.
