Shell Chemical & Refinery Administrative Building
Deer Park, Texas
New 172,461 SF, six-story office building consisting of training rooms, conference rooms, regular offices, two file rooms on each floor; storage; two coffee bars on each floor and restrooms. The building is steel structure with an exterior skin of pre-cast concrete and glazing. Also included on the project is a one-story, 4,300 SF auxiliary metal building. The sitework consists of utilities, addition of 648 parking spaces and landscaping. |
