The new student residence project includes construction of approximately 200 beds in both suite and dormitory style in two separate buildings connected by a tunnel. The location of this facility is planned to be in a very prominent location on the Carleton College campus along First Street in between Nevada. The new buildings are to be designed to a level of architectural significance that represents a timeless design. LEED Gold level is the sustainability. The College also anticipates submitting the project for LEED certification.
