Houston Chronicle Building - Façade Replacement

Demolition and replacement of approximately 25,000 SF of marble panels on the Houston Chronicle Building. The attachment component has deteriorated as a result of water penetration. There will be some mold remediation and installation of a waterproofing membrane whether using a "rain-screen" type system, which is a dry system of composite, or metal panels.
