New 143,000 sq. ft. Class A office building located on a 10 acre site. The technology advanced office building includes raised floor for HVAC and wire distribution and a 600-seat theater style meeting room that serves as a corporate crisis room. The four story office building will be located south of the existing T. Rowe Price building at Briargate Parkway and Chapel Hills Drive in Colorado Springs. The new building will support their existing facility with a campus wide kitchen and cafeteria, fitness center and a 580-car, three-story parking structure. JE Dunn proposed a unique approach to the schedule which made it possible for the exterior skin to be installed on time while ensuring quality standards were being met.
