The $10.5 million project involves converting approximately 120,000 SF of office space on eight floors into classrooms and lab space for a new branch location of El Centro College. Total interior renovation includes drywall, flooring, floor covering, ceilings, millwork, window treatment and graphics plus replacement of existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. TThis project was a joint venture between 3i Construction and JE Dunn.
