JE Dunn was selected for the construction of a new mixed-use project to be located in Boulder. The project consists of two 3-story residential structures totaling 390 units with one level of common below-grade parking totaling 700 spaces. The project also includes 24,000 SF of retail space and a 4-story community building that features a fitness center, meeting rooms, home theater room, and a rooftop pool.
