Owned by the Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians of California, the Twin Pine Hotel and Casino is located in the North Bay area of Lake County, California. The hotel is a wood-frame structure that will house 60 rooms, a restaurant, lounge, and full-service kitchen. The 50,000 SF casino is constructed of structural steel and will have a northern California mountain theme. This project is schedule to begin in Fall 2007 with an opening in January 2008
