JE Dunn broke ground on the 82,200 SF Sheraton Woodbury in July, 2007. This 5-story, full service luxury hotel has 152 rooms. It includes a full-service kitchen, restaurant, bar, spa, health club, swimming pool, club lounge, and various sizes of meeting rooms.
The Woodbury Sheraton is constructed of precast floor plank supported by load-bearing concrete masonry and structural steel. The exterior skin includes metal studs, brick, stone, stucco, and glass. The Sheraton Woodbury is the first major otel to be built in the east metro area in over forty years.
