Located in Kansas City, this mixed-use project compliments the Spanish architecture of the nearby Country Club Plaza and includes a hotel, office tower, retail shops and restaurants as well as an underground parking facility.
On the street level lies 23,000 SF of retail shops and restaurants. Reaching four stories above this will be the new 70,000 SF, 108-room hotel. Adjacent to the hotel will be a 223,000 SF Class A office area which includes a 3-story base next to a 9-story office tower.
Resting below this entire area will be a 280,000 SF, 5-level parking garage for 950 visitors and residents.
