Regis University Science Building Renovation

Renovation of a 47,500 sq. ft. Science Building to accommodate upgraded classrooms, new laboratories, state-of-the-art instrumentation, and improved research space. The renovation includes upgraded electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems order to facilitate the required improvements to life safety issues, as well as new flooring and replacement of some ceilings and partitions. The auditorium will be renovated to upgrade the furniture and finishes. The building exterior has been maintained and will require minor renovation. A new exterior stair and elevator will be added.
Unique features:
- Construction is taking place over the summer and fall semesters in order to minimize the disruption to occupied classrooms.
