This project is a 259,000 SF, four-story, 116-bed replacement hospital. The full-service hospital project is designed for LEED Silver Certification and will feature high-end finishes and a clock tower and will connect to the neighboring Johnston Memorial Hospital Cancer Center. Situated on 63 acres, we will also construct a 510,000 SF asphalt parking lot. The project also includes 27,000 SF of tenant finish in an adjacent medical office building.
