QA-QC Manager (MW6034)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Opportunity:
* Provide Quality Assurance support to 20 projects ranging in size from $1 million to $250 million.
* Conduct Quality Assurance Plan Reviews for assigned projects to ensure Company best practices and industry standards are being met or exceeded in the design documents.
* Conduct Monthly Quality Assurance Site Observations for projects assigned to ensure installations meet or exceed Company, manufacturer and design standards and provide written reports.
* Conduct miscellaneous quality assurance testing in accordance with published industry standards to ensure proper preparation and installation of windows, concrete, flooring, gypsum board, coatings, wood and other building products.
* Conduct training classes for Operations and field personnel.

Qualifications:
Must Have
- 5-10 years construction supervision experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Quality Manager or Inspector.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or Construction Management.
- Ability to work with teams toward common goals and customer expectations
- Knowledge of good craftsmanship, means and methods, materials and resources
- Conviction to uphold standards and contractual requirements integrity
- Excellent habits in documentation and organization
- Positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
- Extensive knowledge and experience in design, construction, and operations
- Ability to work with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Self-initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
Should Have
- Excellent working knowledge of roofing, building envelope construction, concrete, masonry inspection, and testing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications
- Training and certification of construction installation and inspection of different construction systems and components.
Nice to Have
- US Army Corps of Engineering Contractor Quality Control Certification
- Prior experience in Design-Build construction
