GSA Building 25 at the Denver Federal Center in Denver was a large remodel of existing government agency offices. The scope of work ranged from interior and exterior demolition and landscaping to concrete, masonry, glass and glazing, doors, metal framing and drywall, interior finishes and elevators.
A significant component of the project was the construction of the 20,000 SF EPA crime lab, part of the national enforcement investigation center. The laboratory houses up to 46 scientists and chemists.
