Belton Fire Station #1 was a 13,275 SF renovation. The project included a new fitness facility as well as a complete interior remodel encompassing sleeping quarters, kitchen, bathrooms, showers and apparatus bays. Fire Station #1 was an occupied renovation of a mission critical facility that remained operational 24/7.
Fire Station #2 was a new 22,042 SF headquarters. The 4-bay station was complete with a fitness room, food service area, 3-story training tower, training room and audio/visual capabilities, administrative offices, sleeping quarters and an emergency operations center.
