The 620,000 SF IRS Processing Center consolidated IRS operations that had been dispersed among five major locations within the Kansas City Area.
The main processing facility consists of three wings that total 599,850 SF. A multi-level warehouse adjoins the processing wings adding 108,000 cubic feet of storage. Renovation of training and office space and a new 4-story parking garage rounded out this LEED certified project.
