Chick-fil-A warehouse and parking included a 60,000 SF warehouse with two levels and 130,000 SF of parking on top.
The entire structure was a cast-in-place concrete frame with precast walls and windows. Extra care was taken to save as many trees as possible on this lush corporate campus site. This structure was designed for a future 3-level vertical parking expansion.
