The Sunrise Assisted Living Facility in Dallas is a 3-story facility offering assisted living for seniors. There are 77 resident units, a full service kitchen and laundry, two elevators, two full height stairways, a grand stair at the front entrance and a Porte Cochere at the entry.
The sitework consisted of two approach entrances at existing roadways, firelane and regular concrete paving, a 5' concrete sidewalk throughout the site, full site irrigation and landscaping with 100% tree mitigation.
