In the 1990s, JE Dunn completed construction of Bishop Spencer Place, a 3-story retirement complex. In 2006, an expansion was completed.
Expansion included the Jefferson Building and the Spencer Center. The Jefferson Building is an independent living addition with a 50-space parking garage in the basement along with storage space and MEP rooms. The 54 resident units are on the first through fourth floors. A mechanical penthouse is on top of the Jefferson Building.
The Spencer Center is a 3-story building for resident recreational activities. It is connected to the Jefferson Building and the original existing facility.
