This 250,100 SF, 6-story new senior living residence with 108 one- and two-bedroom apartment units and a 53,100 SF, 112-car underground parking garage. This new building resides on the 20-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community campus. All Overlook senior living residences feature a balcony, generous closet space, and a washer and dryer. The Overlook has additional amenities such as multiple dining options ranging from restaurant style seating to casual cafe dining. Also included at The Overlook is a beauty salon, a casual club room for meals and gathers and a family room for private events or smaller groups. As its name implies, each balcony at The Overlook offers breathtaking views of White Rock Lake, downtown Dallas or CC Young's beautiful Central Park.
