This project was the addition of a 2-story, 34-room assisted living facility for the memory-impaired on the existing campus at Carriage Club. The community already had a nursing home, assisted living facility and extensive independent living facilities. Homewood Residence features dining facilities, a 24-hour nurse station, common areas and a courtyard.
