Nine city blocks in downtown Kansas City were transformed into The Power & Light Entertainment District, a destination location for visitors to Kansas City and residents alike.
JE Dunn provided construction services under nine separate contracts. Scope of work included construction of multiple parking structures, streetscape, and retail shell space.
