The Blue Parkway Town Center project is a retail development over approximately 20-acres and includes eight buildings.
Site development included dirt work and retaining walls, sidewalks, paving, curbs and gutters, sewer and storm drainage, and water main extensions.
New electrical service was provided to the site with redundant feeds. Public improvements were made along adjacent thoroughfares. Landscaping and landcape irrigation was provided throughout the site.
