The 20-story, 219-unit Brookwood Condominium is located in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. This project is Atlanta's largest LEED certified residential project. The tower features five levels of underground parking, surface-level retail space and a third-level amenity deck.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. JE Dunn recycled 75% of the construction waste.
