Beach Club Garden North & South residence buildings are each 77,000 SF, three-story structures with underground parking. The buildings feature 32 richly finished, three and four bedroom, 2,600 SF condiminium units. The "Old World" Spanish-style archiecture showcases the rustic clay tile roofs and rare coral and cast stone accents. The buildings are cast-in-place concrete structures with 10", two-way, post-tensioned slabs atop auger-cast-pile deep foundation systems.
Kiln-dried, heavy duty wood timbers and structural wood trusses support the tile roof system and provide a distinctive eave detail consisting of exposed tongue-and-groove decking and rafter tails.
