The Atlantic is a 814,372 SF, 50-story, 401-unit condominium building. It is situated atop a 1,264-space, eight level parking deck. The residential tower includes amenties such as an outdoor pool, a lounge, library, exercise room, business conference room and theater.
Building Information Modeling was successfully implemented and used to layout, coordinate, fabricate and install the building envelope. The use of BIM was instrumental in early identification and resolution of FRP panel conflicts and prevented costly delays to the project.
