The Atlantic is a 50-story, 401-unit condominium building. It is situated atop an 8-level, 1,264-car parking deck. The residential tower includes amenties such as an outdoor pool, a lounge, library, exercise room, business conference center and theater.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) was successfully implemented and used to lay out, coordinate, fabricate and install the building envelope. The use of BIM was instrumental in early identification and resolution of FRP panel conflicts and prevented costly delays to the project.
