Kirkwood Circle, located two blocks south of the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, includes approximately 200 residential condo units and single-family homes. It is the largest urban residential development project in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Two separate structures feature condominiums; the first being a 13-floor, 64-unit tower with a 3-level underground parking garage. The second features a 6-story building with a 2-level garage. Nearby, three additional buildings serve as townhomes.
JE Dunn also constructed the a 3-level, 154-car underground parking garage and performed associated sitework.
