The Cass County Justice Center is a 4-story facility that includes a 250-bed jail, a 25-bed juvenile offender center, four trial courtrooms, circuit clerk's office, judicial office, sheriff's office, prosecutor's office and 39,000 SF of unfinished space that is slated for completion as the need arises. That space will eventually include additional offices, courtrooms and maximum and minimum security dormitories.
High-level finishes feature oak millwork, special lighting and acoustic treatment in the courtrooms. Interior terrazzo and granite stonework complement the use of pre-cast and face brick on exterior.
