The Wells Fargo Home Mortgage campus covers 160 acres in West Des Moines. The suburban development represented a multi-year, multi-phased design and construction plan. The project included three 4-story office buildings, a central plantm and a centralized commons building.
Included in the project was surface parking with 2,968 spaces and a 4-level, 1,750-car, above ground, cast-in-place parking structure.
