The Plaza Colonnade is a 10-story office tower that includes office, retail, and library space for the Kansas City Public Library. It is located on the Country Club Plaza, one of Kansas City's preeminent mixed-use districts.
Part of the overall project included construction of a parking garage. The 6-level, two above and four below grade, precast structure accommodates 1,275 cars.
