This 10-story mixed use building consists of three levels of underground parking, one level of residential back-of-house, entry lobby, one level of for-lease retail space, three levels of for-lease office space, and six levels of high-end residential.
The tight site and high profile location created logistical hurdles successfully met through coordination and sequencing efforts. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was utilized to drive quality and coordinate the efforts in a total team environment.
