Overlooking Brush Creek and the nearby Country Club Plaza, the Plaza Colonnade features a multi-use development. This project included a 2-story replacement library for the Kansas City Public Library system, a 10-story attached office tower; and a 6-story, 1,290-car parking gargage.
In addition, retail space is located above the parking garage. This project presented significant construction challenges due to its tight urban site.
