Overlooking Brush Creek and the nearby Country Club Plaza, the Plaza Colonnade features a smulti-use development similar to nearby Valencia Place. This project included a 49,886 SF, 2-story replacement library for the Kansas City Public Library system; a 323,693 SF, 10-story attached office tower; and a 377,477 SF, 6-story parking gargage.
In addition, 8,700 SF of retail space is located above the parking garage. This project presented significant construction challenges due to its right urban site.
