Belmar is a pedestrian-friendly plaza and retail/entertainment area. Featuring an ice rink, water features, retail and entertainment, Belmar was designed and constructed to provide a destination dining and shopping district.
Block 6, completed in 2005, was a 107,000 SF, 2-level core and shell building that currently houses a 13-lane bowling alley below grade and a large event center on the second level. Retail and restaurants complete the space. Outdoor terrances and a 3-story bell tower complement the pedestrian-friendly environment.
